Terms & Conditions.

1. Agreement

Approved quotations and these Terms & Conditions form the project agreement.

2. Payment

A 50% deposit is required before development begins. The remaining 50% is due after the client approves the completed website and before final launch or handover.

3. Scope

Only work listed in the approved quotation is included. Additional pages, major changes, e-commerce, booking systems and other new functionality may be quoted separately.

4. Revisions

Each package includes the stated number of revision rounds. A revision is a reasonable change to the agreed project, not a complete change of direction.

5. Client Content

The client is responsible for supplying accurate business information and having permission to use supplied images, logos and text.

6. Timeline

Estimated timelines begin after the deposit is received and required client content is supplied. Client delays can extend the timeline.

7. Lien Queen Care

Care is R500/month and includes up to 1 hour of minor maintenance. Unused time does not roll over. Larger work is quoted separately.

8. Launch

Final launch or handover occurs after the agreed project work is complete, the client has approved it and the final balance has been paid.
